— What You’ll Do

1. Website Performance Optimization
   – Monitor, analyze, and optimize site performance to ensure fast load times and smooth navigation.
   – Implement A/B testing strategies to refine design and boost conversion rates.
   
   
2. UX Enhancement & Conversion Optimization
   – Collaborate with UX/UI designers and marketing teams to create an engaging, user-friendly interface.
   – Analyze user behavior and feedback to iterate and improve site design.
   
   
3. Technical Integration & Development
   – Ensure seamless integration of our website with marketing tools, social media, and advertising platforms.
   – Develop and maintain our Shopify apps and other e-commerce integrations to support our business needs.
   
   
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Maintenance
   – Work closely with marketing and IT teams to implement digital strategies and track performance metrics.
   – Troubleshoot technical issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to the user experience.
   – Monitor website security and perform regular updates to maintain compliance with industry standards.

— Requirements:

1. Proven experience as an E-commerce Web Developer or in a similar role (2+ years preferred).
   
   
2. Strong proficiency in front-end and back-end development, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Shopify customizations.
   
   
3. Expertise in website performance optimization, A/B testing, and UX best practices.
   
   
4. Familiarity with integrating marketing tools and analytics platforms.
   
   
5. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills for effective cross-team collaboration.
   
   
6. Fluent in English and comfortable working in a remote environment.
   
   
7. Remote Work Skills

   Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote job.

   Bonus if you have:
   ➕ Experience with additional e-commerce platforms or custom CMS solutions.
   ➕ Knowledge of SEO best practices and current digital marketing trends.
