It’s time to upgrade to the adaptative MotoPegs®.
The development of the Lone Rider MotoPegs started with one fundamental idea: To design the best foot pegs for adventure riding.
Grip, modularity and individual customization were all crucial factors when we brainstormed what possible designs and technical solutions would be needed to develop the ultimate set of foot pegs for demanding adventure riding.
We spent several months designing prototypes, running simulations and doing extensive field testing to get our footpegs working and to fine-tune the final design.
And now we are very proud to finally announce that our patented MotoPegs are ready to hit the market, and they exceed all expectations in terms of individual customization and modularity.
1. Adjustable & Adaptive control
— The MotoPegs offers a unique and patented design that allows you to adjust the rotation resistance in more than 12 steps thanks to the rubber control pins that come in 3 different densities. You can also choose to have the foot pegs fully fixed (non-rotating) by replacing the rubber control pins with the included control pins.
2. Aluminum body
— The MotoPegs® are made from solid 6061 T6 aluminum to ensure strength, durability and lightweight.
3. Toolless installation/removal of the rubber insert
— Gone are the days when you needed a socket to remove or reinstall the rubber insert. Ours snap into place with just one hand and can be removed as quickly.
4. Replaceable teeth
— The stainless steel teeth can be removed in no time as the unit attaches with 3 screws to the aluminum core.
5. Perfect fit
— The Type 1 MotoPegs® have a confirmed fit to BMW GS (liquid cooled) models and KTM/Husqvarna Adventure models.
Why do we believe the MotoPegs are the best foot pegs on the market?
Our patented mechanism makes it possible for the MotoPegs to rotate with progressive dampening, which gives the rider optimal control with permanent contact between boot and peg.
What does it mean in real life:
— Only a small amount of force is needed for the initial rotation of the footpeg, like when you’re shifting gears or want precise and gentle control of the rear brake pedal.
— As you continue to push the rotation, a larger amount of force is needed as the rubber inserts provide a progressive rotation resistance instead of a linear one. This way, you’ll always stay in full control as all the force will be transmitted directly onto your bike.
Everybody rides differently and have preferences, some people will like it soft, other will prefer it hard or fixed. During this development, we wanted to offer to the rider the best experience possible by making it adjustable to every need and environment.

My first impressions of the MotoPegs are:
⭐️ Love the rotational pivoting action of the pegs that makes reaching the rear brake possible with just a simple ankle movement
⭐️ I felt more connected to the bike because my feet were moving in sync with the pegs (versus having the boot balance on a stationary peg)
⭐️ My lower legs were less tired after a few proper sand dune rides due to the wider and more comfortable peg sizing
⭐️ The wider sizing really made counterbalancing the bike more efficient and with less strain on the foot
