— What You’ll Do

1. Lead Logistics Strategy
   Develop and implement a logistics and supply chain strategy to meet company growth objectives.
   
   
2. Oversee Operations
   Manage the end-to-end supply chain, including procurement, inventory, warehousing, and distribution.
   
   
3. Optimize Performance
   Identify and implement process improvements to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
   
   
4. Vendor Management
   Negotiate and manage relationships with suppliers, freight carriers, and logistics partners.
   
   
5. Team Leadership
   Build and lead a high-performing logistics team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
   
   
6. Risk Management
   Monitor and address potential risks in the supply chain to ensure smooth operations.
   
   
7. Data-Driven Decisions
   Use analytics and metrics to measure performance and drive continuous improvement.

   At least 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field, with leadership experience.
