— What You’ll Do

  1. Campaign Optimization & Management
    – Develop, manage, and optimize Meta and Google campaigns for peak performance.
    – Continuously monitor key performance metrics and refine strategies to boost results.
  2. Data-Driven Strategy & Execution
    – Leverage analytics to guide audience targeting, retargeting, and budget allocation.
    – Conduct A/B tests and apply insights to enhance campaign effectiveness.

  3. Audience Targeting & Retargeting
    – Identify and segment target audiences to improve ad relevance and reach.
    – Implement robust retargeting strategies to re-engage potential customers.

  4. Budget Management & Reporting
    – Allocate advertising budgets efficiently to maximize returns while controlling costs.
    – Prepare detailed performance reports with actionable insights for continuous improvement.

— Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 2 years experience of managing Meta and Google advertising campaigns.

  2. Strong analytical skills with a track record of driving campaign performance.

  3. Expertise in ad targeting, retargeting, and strategic budget allocation.

  4. Proficiency in digital advertising platforms and performance analytics tools.

  5. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across teams.

  6. Comfortable working remotely in a dynamic environment.

    Bonus if you have:
    ➕ Experience with additional platforms such as LinkedIn Ads or Twitter Ads.
    ➕ A solid understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
    ➕ Familiarity with the e-commerce industry and its digital marketing trends.
    ➕ Advanced skills in data visualization and reporting tools.
